About The Position

Romac Industries is hiring an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to support production equipment at our Bothell, WA manufacturing facility. This role focuses on industrial machine repair, electrical troubleshooting, mechanical maintenance, and preventive maintenance within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. We are seeking a skilled maintenance mechanic with strong experience in 480V 3-phase systems, motor controls, hydraulics, pneumatics, and industrial equipment troubleshooting. This is a hands-on role requiring independent diagnostics and repair of production-critical machinery. Requirements

  • Experience with 480V electrical systems and motor controls.
  • Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to read electrical and mechanical schematics.
  • Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, and industrial machinery.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in industrial environments.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and repair 480V 3-phase electrical systems.
  • Diagnose motor control circuits, contactors, overloads, relays, and VFDs.
  • Read and interpret electrical schematics and ladder diagrams.
  • Perform mechanical repairs including bearings, gearboxes, belts, chains, and alignment.
  • Troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
  • Complete preventive maintenance (PM) tasks and inspections.
  • Perform root cause analysis to reduce equipment downtime.
  • Document repairs in computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
