About The Position

On-site at our Ripon, WI facility, you’ll keep production moving by diagnosing, repairing, and optimizing complex machinery—supported by clear standards and a team that wants you to succeed. Schedule & Pay Standard Work Hours: Monday - Thursday 3pm – 1pm Compensation: Hourly rate of $30.97 - $34.53, commensurate with experience and qualifications This competitive pay reflects the responsibility and impact of this role within our operation.

Requirements

  • Two-year Associate degree and 2–4 years of relevant industrial maintenance experience.
  • Comfort using a computer to research parts and accurately enter work into a CMMS.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods; occasional sitting; manual dexterity; stooping and bending as needed.
  • Successful completion of a pre-employment physical, including the ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
  • Passing a pre-employment drug screen and background check

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain industrial machinery and mechanical systems using hand/power tools and precision measuring/test equipment, guided by diagrams, sketches, manuals, and OEM specifications.
  • Troubleshoot and service motors, advanced hydraulic and pneumatic systems, welding equipment, pumps, conveyors, and production machinery.
  • Commission new equipment and prepare machines for safe, reliable startup following established procedures.
  • Conduct routine technical tests to verify safety and performance standards.
  • Capture, interpret, and act on machine performance data to drive continuous improvement.
  • Recommend and implement reliability actions that cut downtime and enhance throughput.
  • Document work in the CMMS, manage work orders, and maintain accurate equipment histories.
