Requirements
- 5–10 years of industrial maintenance experience in manufacturing
- Strong electrical & mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Experience with motors, sensors, control systems (PLC knowledge a plus)
- Knowledge of OSHA standards & lockout/tagout procedures
- Ability to read schematics & technical manuals
- Comfort working with chemicals and wearing required PPE
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a manufacturing environment
Responsibilities
- Perform preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and extend equipment life
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic & PLC-controlled systems
- Support industrial wastewater treatment & hazardous waste compliance
- Maintain facility infrastructure including lighting, plumbing & structural systems
- Respond quickly to breakdowns to minimize production disruptions
- Partner with production & engineering teams to drive continuous improvement
- Support machine chemistry maintenance and overall facility operations
