Requirements

High school education or equivalent or technical training
At least 21 years of age and meet company driving standard
Have good computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite
Knowledge of methods, practices, and techniques of maintaining building and facilities required.
Able to perform facility painting, carpentry, basic plumbing, basic electrical repairs, and office/site make ready.
Follow all safety policies and company-wide safety requirements
Encourage action assuring safe behavior
Challenge unsafe behavior and conditions proactively and positively
Regularly and predictably attend work and be punctual
Possess good organization and time management skills
Work in an unsupervised environment
Read, write, and speak English fluently
Use a computer to communicate, create, and access information

Role is deemed safety-sensitive and may be subject to employer or customer drug testing
Exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
The employee is regularly required to talk or hear.
The employee is frequently required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms.
Employee is required to occasionally walk in customer field locations which may include inclines, uneven surfaces, and a variety of weather conditions.
Employee must be able to regularly bend, stoop, crawl, lay down, twist and push.
Employee is required to wear appropriate personal protective equipment including but not limited to shoes/boots, hard hats, or respirators.
Some work is accomplished indoors and in air conditioned or well-ventilated facilities.
Some work is accomplished outdoors in a variety of weather and temperature conditions.
Work will require visits to company’s Permian locations inside and outside of Midland/Odessa.
Work normally is not executed in an office or in a cubicle space equipped with a telephone and computer.
