About The Position

Industrial Maintenance Technician Conduct day-to-day mechanical maintenance and repair across production equipment, systems, and infrastructure to ensure safety, efficiency, and compliance. Perform preventive and condition-based maintenance to reduce downtime and extend equipment life. Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues quickly and accurately. Support Facilities Maintenance as needed, including assisting with baling operations using forklifts. Maintain maintenance records and documentation per company and regulatory standards. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 3–5 years of maintenance experience in manufacturing or warehouse environments.
  • Safe maintenance practices (LOTO, preventive/predictive maintenance), mechanical systems (machinery, hydraulics, conveyors), and vendor management.
  • Positive attitude; strong communication and teamwork; basic computer skills; troubleshooting, repair, welding, and problem-solving.
  • Plan and organize daily and long-term maintenance activities.
  • Analyze and solve technical problems quickly and effectively.
  • Read and interpret blueprints, owner’s manuals, and schematics.
  • Work independently with urgency and attention to detail.
  • Valid Driver’s License required.

Nice To Haves

  • 6-S, OSHA training (LOTO, confined spaces, electrical safety, fall protection, hot works), CMMS, and electrical troubleshooting.
  • Experience with large mechanical equipment, forklift maintenance, motors, and basic welding.
  • Operate forklifts and scissor lifts
  • Industrial maintenance or electro‑mechanical certification.
