About The Position

Atlas Roof & Wall Insulation – a Division of Atlas Roofing Corporation –
specializes in the manufacture of quality engineered polyiso insulation,
specialty products, and accessories. Atlas Roof Insulation & Wall Insulation
products lead the industry in polyiso insulation boards and facer technology and
performance in commercial and residential buildings.

 Atlas Roof & Wall Insulation is seeking an Industrial Maintenance
Technician for the Northglenn, CO manufacturing facility.

Monday through Friday operation with overtime potential

Industrial Maintenance Technician Primary Responsibilities

As an integral member of a collaborative small team, your input and ideas will
be highly regarded for driving the ongoing success of the facility.

Requirements

• Industrial Electrical/Mechanical experience required.
• Minimum High school diploma or GED
• Must be able to successfully pass a background screening, physical and drug test.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with AC Drives, PLC’s, and automation systems preferred.
• Diploma/degree preferred in related field.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and maintain various equipment such as conveyors, chemical pumps (both high and low pressure), gearboxes, chain drives, photo sensors, packaging machinery, saws, pneumatic and hydraulic controls, welding, fabrication, and more.
• Oversee and execute preventive maintenance tasks promptly and accurately, while also ensuring timely updates in the CMMS system.
• Coordinate team efforts to optimize inventory management, work orders, and other related functions within the CMMS.
• Promptly address machine downtime issues as they arise to support production efficiency and minimize operational disruptions.
• Any other work-related duties that may be assigned by the supervisor may include heavy lifting (up to 100 lbs.), deep bending, climbing, sweeping, shoveling and other cleanup tasks.
