As our Industrial Plastics Maintenance Specialist, you’ll protect production schedules, stabilize quality, and make safety non‑negotiable. Your expertise in blow molding machinery and industrial electrical systems will help us deliver consistent results shift after shift. Your Impact Own preventive and reactive maintenance for blow molding equipment and related systems. Rapidly troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic failures to cut downtime. Run inspections, diagnostics, and fine-tuning to achieve optimal performance. Keep maintenance documentation complete, timely, and audit-ready. Team up with production to uncover and eliminate root causes of equipment issues. Support new equipment installs, setups, and validations. Model safety-first behavior and sustain a clean, organized workspace. Required Background High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification preferred. Maintenance experience within manufacturing or similar industrial environments. Depth in blow molding processes and machine operation/maintenance. Fluency with technical drawings, manuals, and electrical schematics. Analytical problem-solver with strong attention to detail. Collaborative communicator who works well across shifts and teams. Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime, when needed.
