About The Position

Industrial Pump Field Operations Supervisor Imagine starting your week at dawn, gear packed, heading from your home base to a power plant where a high‑energy pump upgrade is waiting on your leadership. By mid‑morning, you’re coordinating a safe lift with the rigging crew, walking the flange alignments with maintenance, and guiding the commissioning checklist. After lunch, you’re training operators on best practices, capturing as‑found/as‑left data, and documenting improvement opportunities. By day’s end, you’ve resolved a seal issue, logged service and expense reports, and flagged a promising service opportunity for the sales team. Tomorrow might be a flight to another state—or even another country—to do it all again. About Hydro Inc. Hydro Inc. is a global industrial pump reengineering leader headquartered in Chicago.
