Ready to lead maintenance impact from safety to results Are you the leader who turns strategy into daily action, keeps people safe, and builds trust with customers while elevating team performance What you will do Live safety: manage the Site Safety Program, ensure policy compliance, drive housekeeping with 5S, and demonstrate leadership in employee safety and wellness through Beyond Zero initiatives Translate strategy: understand site and company initiatives and help the team implement new processes and procedures Connect actions to outcomes: communicate how team activities influence strategic objectives and results Model the ATS culture: execute team priorities using leadership competencies, showing self-motivation and emotional intelligence Grow people: manage performance, provide development opportunities, and mentor or coach on career planning, training, and skills Embed our Operating System: make sure it is understood, reinforced, and part of everyday work Drive continuous improvement: assist the Site Manager with maintenance KPIs, root cause analyses, and timely completion of action items while removing barriers Strengthen customer relationships: communicate and escalate priorities, issues, and equipment status as needed to sustain a positive and profitable partnership Control costs: assist the Site Manager in managing labor, overtime, and material consumption, and approve any overtime worked by the team Own the schedule: review work orders, ensure schedule adherence, and close gaps fast Lead the room: conduct and participate in team meetings as an influential leader What you need to succeed Associates degree or equivalent from a two-year college with at least 3 years in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience Clear, confident communication skills, both verbal and written Technical fluency with Microsoft applications, web-based applications, and CMMS software Nice to have Foundational business acumen across contracts, understanding the customers business, negotiation, billing models, financial exposure, and relationship building Planner or scheduler experience How you will be supported You will have access to the leadership competencies that define our ATS culture, the Operating System, and a team that believes in continuous improvement and growth for every employee.
