The Industrial Sales Program Manager serves as a strategic partner to the Industrial Sales Director in management and execution of large bids, quotations, contracts, and SiteTight® programs. This role drives the development, coordination, and successful implementation of key industrial sales initiatives that support business growth and strengthen customer relationships. The position is responsible for coordinating cross-functional activities to deliver complex customer programs, working closely with departments such as Customer Service, Operations, Inventory/Procurement, and Quality to ensure seamless project execution. The Industrial Sales Program Manager also supports the preparation of technical and commercial documentation, coordinates internal training for awarded bids and contracts, and develops internal tools and processes that enhance the success of industrial sales programs. This role serves as a key resource for Sales Specialists, Product & Application Engineers, and Business Unit leadership.
