About The Position

Industrial Security Manager Company: The Boeing Company The Boeing Company is currently seeking an Industrial Security Manager to join the team in Mesa, AZ; El Segundo, CA; Hazelwood, MO; Huntington Beach, CA; Kent, WA; Oklahoma City, OK; Ridley Park, PA; San Antonio, TX; Seal Beach, CA; or Tukwila, WA. This position will be responsible for supporting the Communications Security (COMSEC) efforts and perform COMSEC Custodian and Key Management Infrastructure (KMI) duties and responsibilities (including key and equipment distribution, inventory, and destruction) in compliance with customer regulations/requirements. Position Responsibilities: Represent the COMSEC team and manage COMSEC personnel with National Industrial Security Program (NISP) COMSEC accounts in diverse geographic locations Support Incident Response operations Build relationships with customers, stakeholders and regulatory officials Understand COMSEC policy documentation and requirements Reinforce COMSEC policy requirements and standards Attend inspections Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience): Successfully completed Tier 5 Investigation (T5), formerly known as a Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) by the federal government within the last 5 years, or requires candidate to have been enrolled in a Continuous Vetting program within the last 5 years 5+ years of experience as a COMSEC Account Manager 5+ years of experience keying equipment, reporting incidents and using Communication Security (COMSEC) accountability software 3+ years of experience interfacing with and supporting senior leadership 3+ years of experience in a customer service role Ability to travel 20% of the time or more as needed Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience): Bachelor's degree or equivalent work or military experience 3+ years of Project Management experience 3+ years of experience communicating with internal and external customers Conflict of Interest: Successful candidates for this job must satisfy the Company’s Conflict of Interest (COI) assessment process. Requirements

  • Successfully completed Tier 5 Investigation (T5), formerly known as a Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) by the federal government within the last 5 years, or requires candidate to have been enrolled in a Continuous Vetting program within the last 5 years
