Requirements

Must be 18 years or older
Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
Ability to understand and effectively communicate in English (verbal/written)
High School diploma or equivalent
Complete ADM safety, food safety, quality and environmental training
Participate in company planned operations training
Equipment training may include but not limited to JLG, forklift, non-DOT truck, reach lift, etc.

Nice To Haves

Experience in production and/or similar military environment (preferred)

Responsibilities

Inspect and maintain soybean meal storage tanks
Conduct routine inspections of production, facility, tools, and safety equipment
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair production and facility equipment
Perform welding and general maintenance as required
Operate mobile equipment, including skid steers
Maintain working knowledge of production processes, equipment, and operations
Maintain organized maintenance manuals, blueprints, specifications, and parts records
Access and update maintenance files, parts, and vendor information using computerized systems
Document labor hours, work performed, and parts used in the Maintenance Management System
Participate in safety programs and skills training to support continuous improvement
Assist with building and facility maintenance projects
Provide guidance to less experienced technicians when assigned
Maintain reliable attendance and perform related duties as required
