About The Position

Life’s too short to work somewhere boring! At The Little Gym of Sun Prairie, we help babies and toddlers grow their confidence through movement, music, and play. We’re looking for an energetic instructor to lead our Parent/Child classes for infants and toddlers. If you love working with young children, enjoy leading groups, and want a job that keeps you active and smiling all morning, this could be a great fit. Schedule Weekday mornings 8:30am–12:00pm Optional weekend hours available Perfect for college students with afternoon classes, preschool teachers, or caregivers looking for consistent morning hours Pay $16-$20/hour depending on experience What You’ll Do Lead fun, engaging Parent/Child and PreK classes using music, movement, and The Little Gym curriculum Create a warm, welcoming environment for babies, toddlers, and their grownups Support early developmental milestones through play and exploration Build positive relationships with families in the community You’d Be a Great Fit If… You genuinely enjoy working with babies, toddlers, and parents You’re upbeat, dependable, and comfortable leading a group You enjoy being active and interacting with people Experience in childcare, preschool, nannying, or early childhood education is a plus You’re looking for a position where you can grow with the team and stay for at least a year No gymnastics experience required — we provide full training.
