About The Position

As an Infant Assistant Teacher, you’ll have the opportunity to: Provide a warm, responsive, and engaging classroom experience that supports each child’s individual needs. Build strong, trusting relationships with families through daily communication and care updates. Create a safe and stimulating classroom environment where infants can develop curiosity, confidence, and early learning skills. Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old and have an awarded high school diploma.
• Completed required 45 DCF Hours
• 6 months of teaching experience in a licensed preschool or early childhood center.
• A nurturing personality with patience, flexibility, and a genuine love for working with babies.
• Authorization to work in the United States
