Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience working in an infant classroom (required)
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in early childhood education (required)

Nice To Haves

  • Associate degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Planning and implementing curriculum aligned with Connecticut Early Learning and Development Standards
  • Creating a nurturing, engaging environment that supports infant development
  • Maintaining ongoing communication with families through daily conversations, progress reports, and conferences
  • Ensuring compliance with all center policies, state regulations, and NAEYC standards
  • Participating in ongoing professional development
