As the Lead Infant Teacher, you will: Maintain a safe, clean, and fully compliant classroom environment at all times Follow all state licensing regulations and company policies with integrity Implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum for infants Track feeding schedules, diapering, naps, and developmental milestones Communicate clearly and professionally with families Model professionalism and positivity for assistant teachers Create a warm, engaging space where babies can explore, grow, and thrive This role requires someone who takes compliance seriously, respects policies and procedures, and understands that infant care demands attentiveness and accountability. Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in an Early Childhood Education (ECE) program OR Completed an Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood Education (or related field)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working in a licensed daycare setting with infants or young children

  • Prior experience leading or co-leading an infant classroom strongly preferred
