Part-Time Temporary Infant Nanny (15–20 hrs/week) Placement

JovieMercer Island, WA
2d$35 - $40Onsite

About The Position

We are a warm, welcoming, and child centered family seeking a temporary nanny to support our household for approximately three months while mom is on parental leave. Our home includes mom, dad, an almost four-year-old who attends daycare, and a three-month-old baby. We enjoy spending time outdoors hiking, visiting parks, and being active together as a family. During the mornings, the nanny will primarily support mom with infant care so she can manage the morning routine and get the older child out the door to daycare. We value open communication, flexibility, and a collaborative partnership with the caregiver who joins our home. You are an experienced caregiver who is comfortable caring for young infants in a home setting and who brings a calm, nurturing presence to the day. You communicate openly and feel confident sharing ideas that support the children’s routines and development. You are proactive, creative, and enjoy engaging children through age-appropriate play and interaction. You are flexible and able to shift between infant care and light household support depending on the needs of the day. Most importantly, you are attentive, present, and focused on the children during your time in the home.
