Requirements

Experience working with infants in a childcare or daycare setting preferred
Strong understanding of infant development and caregiving best practices
Patient, dependable, and attentive to detail
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Must meet Colorado state licensing requirements
CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)

Nice To Haves

ECE coursework or degree
Experience with infant curriculum or developmental tracking

Responsibilities

Provide responsive, nurturing care to infants throughout the day
Support developmental milestones through play, interaction, and sensory experiences
Follow individualized feeding, sleeping, and care schedules
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment
Communicate daily with parents about their child’s progress and needs
Ensure compliance with Colorado licensing and safety standards
