About The Position

The Learning Experience in Surprise is seeking a caring and attentive Infant Teacher to support our youngest learners in a safe and nurturing environment. This role is perfect for an educator who is patient, responsive, and passionate about infant development.

Requirements

• Experience working with infants in a licensed childcare setting preferred
• Valid fingerprint card required
• CPR and First Aid certification required or willingness to obtain
• Patient, reliable, and attentive to infant care routines
• Strong focus on health, safety, and developmental needs
• Passion for early childhood education and nurturing care

Responsibilities

• Create a warm, safe, and nurturing environment for infants
• Support social, emotional, sensory, and motor development through responsive care
• Follow daily routines including feeding, diapering, naps, and transitions
• Observe and document developmental milestones
• Build trusting relationships with families through consistent communication
• Implement The Learning Experience award winning L.E.A.P. Curriculum
• Maintain clean, organized, and calm classroom environments
