General We are seeking a highly motivated and dependable Supervisor to join our Miami operations team. This position plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day oversight of frontline staff and ensuring safe, efficient, and professional execution of operational standards. The Supervisor is responsible for promoting a culture of teamwork, accountability, and excellence, while ensuring compliance with company policies and FAA regulations.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience, preferably in aviation or transportation.
- Must be able to maintain active flight status and meet all flight attendant qualifications.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and company scheduling system.
- Must be able to obtain airport security clearance.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience as a flight attendant or operations team member preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct supervision and support to flight attendants and operational staff at the Miami base.
- Work cohesively with the Miami operations team to ensure on-time departures and a smooth overall operation.
- Remain current as a flight attendant and operate flights as necessary to support the operation.
- Monitor performance, attendance, and compliance with company policies.
- Conduct pre-flight briefings and post-flight debriefs when necessary.
- Act as a liaison between crew members and management, escalating issues as appropriate.
- Participate in investigations, fact-finding, and disciplinary procedures.
- Assist with coordination of irregular operations and provide support during disruptions.
- Deliver coaching, recognition, and corrective feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Participate in hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members.
- Ensure consistent application of safety and service standards.
