About The Position

The Influencer & Collab Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategic influencer marketing and brand collaboration initiatives to drive awareness, engagement, and growth for KAYALI across the Americas. This role requires a creative, analytical, and results-driven individual with a deep understanding of the beauty and fragrance industry, influencer ecosystems, and partnership strategy. The role will focus on building impactful creator programs, identifying like-minded brands for collaboration, and delivering culturally relevant activations that strengthen KAYALI’s community and brand equity.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in influencer marketing, preferably within the beauty or fragrance industry
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • In-depth knowledge of the beauty and fragrance industry, including current trends, creators, and platforms
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills and a natural communicator
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools and reporting platforms
  • Experience with influencer marketing platforms such as Brand Watch and Tribe Dynamics
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative influencer and collaboration strategies
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive influencer strategies aligned with KAYALI’s marketing calendar and global brand objectives
  • Drive KAYALI to achieve and maintain top Global Earned Media Value (EMV)
  • Implement innovative influencer campaigns, partnerships, and seeding programs that drive awareness and sales
  • Manage and grow KAYALI’s influencer database across the Americas, with a focus on identifying, nurturing, and scaling relationships with content creators
  • Identify, evaluate, and secure like-minded brands to collaborate with in support of launches, moments, and cultural relevance
  • Manage influencer agency to ensure best-in-class strategy, execution, and impact
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and maximum impact of influencer moments
  • Collaborate effectively with global teams to ensure consistency in influencer strategy, brand voice, and best practices
  • Analyze influencer performance data to optimize strategies and improve ROI
  • Utilize tools such as Brand Watch and Tribe Dynamics to track, analyze, and report on influencer campaign performance
  • Continuously analyze market trends and competitive influencer activations to keep KAYALI at the forefront of the industry
  • Track budget, forecasts, and reconciliations across campaigns, agencies, and partnerships
