About The Position

This is a high-impact, temporary role designed to support and maintain influencer marketing programs during a critical growth period. You will manage day-to-day operations for influencer partnerships, ensuring campaigns are aligned with brand goals and delivered effectively. The role involves sourcing and engaging influencers, reviewing content, tracking performance metrics, and assisting with creative social campaigns. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure programs run smoothly and provide actionable insights to enhance engagement. This position offers flexibility to work remotely or from the office in Palo Alto or San Francisco, CA, and runs from March through September, providing an exciting opportunity to make a tangible impact in a mission-driven environment.

Requirements

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Experience with TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube influencer marketing.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, proactive mindset, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Background in social media and influencer marketing, ideally within healthcare or tech-driven environments.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Passion for patient advocacy and commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Nice To Haves

  • experience managing healthcare influencer programs
  • familiarity with Impact (affiliate program manager) and Shopify
  • proficiency with BI tools like MixPanel, QuickSight, Looker, or Google Analytics

Responsibilities

  • Source and outreach to potential influencer partners, ensuring alignment with target demographics and brand values.
  • Track, analyze, and report key performance metrics to inform campaign optimization and strategy.
  • Review and approve influencer content, ensuring compliance with legal and contractual requirements.
  • Draft influencer agreements for legal review to secure monthly partnerships.
  • Support creative social media campaigns, brand storytelling, and cross-channel engagement initiatives.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure campaigns are executed efficiently and effectively.
