About The Position

We are looking for an Information Architect who will act as a strategic bridge between UX, Business and Technology teams. This role is responsible for designing scalable information structures across digital products while also owning product copy and technical documentation. The ideal candidate combines systems thinking, content strategy, UX principles and technical understanding to create clear, consistent and user-centered product experiences.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Information Architecture, Content Strategy, UX Writing or Technical Documentation.
  • UX and design tools (Figma, FigJam)
  • Documentation and content tools (MS Office, Docusaurus, Github)
  • Experience working in fast pace and cross-functional product teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Content modeling, taxonomy design and governance.
  • Strong understanding of UX principles and content design.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Design and maintain information architecture frameworks including site maps, taxonomies, navigation systems, metadata models and content hierarchies.
  • Collaborate with UX, Product and Engineering teams to translate business requirements and user needs into structured, intuitive experiences.
  • Create and maintain product copy such as UI labels, microcopy, onboarding flows, tooltips and error messages.
  • Establish and enforce voice, tone, terminology and content governance standards across the product ecosystem.
  • Produce and manage documentation including public documentation, technical documentation, user guides, Release notes and feature docs and help center content.
  • Simplify complex technical concepts for both internal stakeholders and external users.
  • Conduct content audits and continuously improve information clarity, usability and accessibility.
  • Ensure information structures align with user needs, mental models and business goals
  • Write and refine UX copy for interfaces (labels, buttons, error messages, onboarding, empty states)
  • Establish and maintain voice, tone and content standards and ensure documentation stays accurate as the product evolves
  • Contribute to user research, usability inspection and usability testing
