The Information Management Architect serves as a data specialist and analyst for ITS within Workday and related products. This position is hybrid regionally remote within Virginia. Regular working hours on campus will be expected. The Information Management Architect ensures data is stored accurately, appropriately and with a high level of importance centered on its security to ensure that data can be easily accessed, analyzed and represented. Supporting the total data lifecycle, this role will focus primarily on all data and reporting needs while enforcing and enhancing institutional data governance activity and policies. The Information Management Architect will also be required to support new data initiatives and related integrations where required. Reporting to ITS, the Architect has direct accountability for data needs and produces timely and accurate datasets and reports. Assimilates within those functional offices and within the broader ITS department to maximize support options for best possible solutions.
