Job Description: Leidos is seeking an experienced, results oriented Information Program Manager to join our team in the Bethesda, Maryland area. You will guide the work of enterprise architects and system modelers and work with stakeholders across many government agencies as you drive to completion the client’s IT architecture for a key enterprise function. Requirements

  • Active TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph.
  • Requires a BA degree and 12 – 15 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 10 – 13 years of prior relevant experience.
  • Undergraduate degree in a relevant technical field.
  • Demonstrated history of successful project management.

Nice To Haves

  • Five or more years' experience working with or in the U.S. Intelligence Community.
  • Post-graduate degree in a relevant technical field.
  • Familiarity with model-based enterprise architecture.

Responsibilities

  • Apply project management best practices to plan and drive large, multi-faceted IT architecture projects to completion.
  • Work directly with the project sponsor and stakeholders to ensure deliverables are kept within the identified scope and timeline.
  • Create long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines.
  • Guide and enable the work of enterprise architect and system modeler teammates.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the project team and ensure team actions remain synchronized.
  • Perform quality control on the project to maintain expected standards.
  • Drive technical information exchanges with stakeholders from many government agencies.
  • Create and manage a robust communications plan with the customer and the community of stakeholders, including status reports for senior management.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
