The Opportunity We are seeking a skilled and motivated Information Security Analyst I to support our organization's cybersecurity and risk management functions. The ideal candidate will bring at least four years of experience in cybersecurity, infrastructure and network security, risk management, or audit within the financial services or insurance industry—or a closely related technical field. This role requires strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and the capability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization. The Information Security Analyst I will contribute to the evaluation, monitoring, and enhancement of our security controls, ensuring alignment with industry standards and regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will demonstrate expertise in frameworks such as NIST 800‑53, NIST 800‑63, NIST CSF, SOC 2, and GDPR, and will utilize information security and access management tools to help safeguard organizational assets. Professional certifications such as CISSP, CRISC, or CIMP are highly preferred, along with proven experience preparing clear, concise written analyses and presenting findings to leadership. We offer a flexible work environment that requires an individual to be in the office 4 days per week. This position can be based in one of the following locations: San Antonio, TX, Plano, TX, Phoenix, AZ, Charlotte, NC, or Tampa, FL. Relocation assistance is not available for this position.
