Information Systems Manager

EmancipetAustin, TX
4d$115,000 - $125,000Hybrid

About The Position

At Emancipet, we serve over 90,000 families a year across 10+ locations . Every few minutes a veterinary team spends fighting with slow equipment or broken integrations is one less patient were able to see that day. We believe technology should be an invisible enginea powerful, silent force that drives our mission forward without getting in the way of creating transformative experiences for our clients and staff. We are seeking an Information Systems Manager who recognizes that while software tools are temporary, the integrity of our data is the bedrock of our ability to deliver and grow our impact. This is a role for a systems thinker who is comfortable oscillating from high-level strategy to the granularity of user permissions and technical troubleshooting. You will spend your time co-developing a multi-year roadmap that prioritizes long-term scalability while simultaneously building and working alongside a distributed team of specialists to support our clinic teams and the shared services staff that support them behind the scenes. You arent just troubleshooting devices and implementing software; you are architecting a sustainable ecosystem where core platforms talk to one another seamlessly, ensuring our data remains actionable as we scale from Texas to Pennsylvania. You will thrive here if you are a process-oriented builder who values structural integrity and finds as much purpose in resolving an urgent clinic hardware issue as you do in building "backbone" infrastructure. You are motivated by the knowledge that a stable, secure, and automated technical foundation is the critical next piece to help Emancipet expand access to veterinary care for families across the country.
