About The Position

Will provide first tier support to Cornerstone Bank departments and Client Banks with regards to the functionality of the Fiserv core system. Will assist with new Fiserv software solutions, services and updates.

• Extensive knowledge of banking operations is required.
• Must exhibit a strong computer literacy and a quick, comprehensive ability to learn products, techniques and processes.
• Must be accurate and detail oriented.
• Ability to interact effectively with customers, management and co-workers.
• Ability to work in a team atmosphere and independently.

• Bachelor’s degree in a business related field is preferred.
