Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• 3+ years IT support experience
• Familiarity with Windows enterprise systems, networking, and system administration

Responsibilities

• Provide IT technical support across workstations, servers, and network infrastructure
• Support enterprise systems, thin clients, and virtualized environments
• Manage information systems documentation and knowledge management tools
• Assist in troubleshooting NIPRNet and other authorized network services
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software
• Provide end-user support for training and operational IT systems
• Support IT equipment lifecycle management
