Information Technology Program Manager The Opportunity: Manage engagements and technology-based Information Technology (IT) solution projects for clients. Apply advanced theories, principles and concepts and contribute to development of new principles and concepts. Lead development of solutions to highly complex problems. Work with wide latitude for unreviewed action or decision. Assume responsibility for supervision and development of first level Supervisors and Managers. You Have: Experience supporting government clients in high-visibility, mission-critical environments, including direct engagement with senior stakeholders Experience managing technical analytics, targeting or intelligence-driven programs, including coordination across multidisciplinary teams Experience managing subcontractors, cross-functional teams, and multi-vendor environments in support of government program objectives Ability to lead full lifecycle project execution, including requirements development, planning, resourcing, risk management, and delivery Ability to translate complex technical concepts, including analytics, data engineering, cloud platforms, or targeting systems, into actionable plans for technical and non‑technical audiences TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph HS diploma or GED Nice If You Have Experience supporting mission centers or intelligence production elements Experience with Defense Intelligence Enterprise (DIE) processes, governance, and mission priorities Experience managing programs involving advanced analytics, data integration, targeting support, or intelligence automation Experience with cloud environments, such as AWS, Azure or C2S, and supporting IC workloads Experience developing program roadmaps, performance metrics, and mission-aligned delivery strategies Knowledge of OSINT exploitation platforms, data enrichment pipelines, or multi-INT fusion environments
