With a predictable weekday schedule and on‑call rotation, this role blends learning, stability, and purpose. SCHEDULE: Primarily day shifts from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, with on-call rotations. Job Summary: Maintenance and support of the computer and network hardware, infrastructure and supported applications which may include telecommunication systems.

Requirements

  • High School diploma/GED or 10 years of work experience
  • Prior experience with minor hardware/software configuration and repairs.
  • Experience with Active Directory.
  • One year of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

  • Works under the guidance of the Senior Analyst, Technical Support, to provide support and participate in project activities.
  • Responsible for facility IS duties, minor hardware/software configuration, and repairs.
  • Installs, repairs, modifies, maintains, and provides technical support for applications, PC operating systems, PC hardware, printers, and related peripherals.
  • Provides operational and administrative support, including testing, printing and report distribution, backups, first-line support, etc.
  • Utilizes the service ticketing system to log reported issues, document resolution, and/or assign to the appropriate work group.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
