What You’ll Be Doing: Provides first level technical support for WESTconsin Credit Union systems, users, and devices Tracks, researches, and resolves system problems to ensure timely resolution, and escalates issues to Systems Administrators when necessary Installs, maintains, and repairs computer hardware and software Assists in monitoring event logs, syslog, anti-virus, and user activity Assists in the management of software and systems alongside System Administrators and IT Security Creates, changes, and removes objects/entries in Active Directory, DNS, SCCM, DHCP, Intune Maintains documentation, support services, and warranties for new hardware, software, and peripheral equipment Collaborates with third-party vendors to support WESTconsin Credit Union hardware, software, and peripheral equipment Remains abreast of industry hardware and software developments; and recommend enhancements to the system

Requirements

  • Associate degree from two-year college or technical school and one year of related experience or a combination of three years of related education and experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provides first level technical support for WESTconsin Credit Union systems, users, and devices
  • Tracks, researches, and resolves system problems to ensure timely resolution, and escalates issues to Systems Administrators when necessary
  • Installs, maintains, and repairs computer hardware and software
