You Are You’re a curious system administrator who builds reliable, secure server platforms. You enjoy learning new automation tools, crafting clean scripts, and following ITIL processes. You collaborate well, communicate clearly, and keep calm during P1/P2 events. The Work Administer Linux and Windows servers: provisioning, hardening (CIS/benchmarking), patching, and lifecycle management. Support configuration management and automation (Ansible/Terraform); write scripts for routine tasks and APIs. Operate private cloud resources: VM creation, storage assignment, image/template upkeep, and quota management. Implement monitoring/alerting (e.g., Azure Monitor/CloudWatch/Stackdriver, Prometheus/Grafana) and log pipelines. Execute backup/restore jobs; participate in DR tests and maintain runbooks. Troubleshoot OS, middleware, and basic network issues; escalate effectively with crisp diagnostics. Apply ITSG‑33 controls (least privilege, secrets, logging); contribute evidence for compliance audits. Provide on-call support and shift coverage; document changes and updates to CMDB and knowledge base. Ability to work shifts/on-call; comfort working on-site in high-security environments. Travel may be required based on client demand. Accenture promotes a client-centric, flexible work environment.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years as a system administrator or related operations role.
  • Linux proficiency and basic Windows administration; shell/PowerShell/Python scripting.
  • Understanding of virtualization, storage, and networking fundamentals.
  • Familiarity with ITIL change/incident/problem processes.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related discipline.
  • Eligibility for Reliability Clearance.

Nice To Haves

  • Hands-on with Terraform/Ansible/Puppet/Chef.
  • Container/Kubernetes exposure.
  • Bilingual (English/French).
