Our IT team is a vital and esteemed strategic partner throughout the company. The Cloud AI Infrastructure Administrator will support Illumio’s hybrid and multi‑cloud environments (Azure, AWS, and GCP), assist with daily operational administration, contribute to Infrastructure‑as‑Code using Terraform/Bicep, and support troubleshooting activities under senior engineering guidance. This role is ideal for college graduates or early in career professionals with 0–1+ years of cloud administration and automation experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • 0 –1+ years of cloud/hybrid infrastructure administration experience
  • Foundational knowledge of Azure, AWS, or GCP
  • Basic scripting proficiency in Python or JavaScript
  • Familiarity with Terraform/Bicep and basic networking fundamentals

Nice To Haves

  • Certifications such as AWS Cloud Practitioner, Azure Fundamentals (AZ‑900), or Terraform.
  • Exposure to CICD, monitoring, or automation tools.

Responsibilities

  • Support administration of AWS, Azure, and GCP accounts, resources, and subscriptions
  • Perform provisioning, configuration, and routine monitoring tasks
  • Assist with Infrastructure‑as‑Code using Terraform / Bicep / CloudFormation
  • Monitor performance, cost, and scalability metrics across environments
  • Troubleshoot cloud incidents and escalate when needed
  • Implement foundational security controls and assist with compliance evidence collection
  • Use AI-based tools such as Cursor AI / Codex for small automation tasks
