MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT As an Infrastructure Engineer, the work you’ll do at GDIT will be impactful to the customer’s mission. Design, deploy, and manage enterprise storage systems. Monitor storage health, troubleshoot issues, and perform upgrades or patches. Build, configure, and optimize virtualized environments. Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and execute routine maintenance in virtualized systems. Establish and maintain capacity planning models for storage, server, and virtualized systems. Support and administer Windows, Linux, and other relevant operating systems integral to the infrastructure. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field. Experience may be substituted for education.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in infrastructure engineering and administration.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly for capacity/resource visualization and forecasting.
  • Clearance Level Must Currently Possess: Top Secret and SCI eligible
  • US Citizenship Required
  • DoD 8140 IAT II compliant
