About The Position

Manage and maintain complex Windows Server environments, including security, patching, and performance optimization. Configure, maintain, and secure IIS web servers. Monitor and maintain OpenShift pods. Administer database servers (SQL Server, Oracle, Couchbase), including security management, performance monitoring, and disaster recovery. Manage incidents, change requests, and releases within ServiceNow. Oversee the lifecycle of SSL certificates (installation, renewal, revocation). Proactively monitor logs to troubleshoot issues and implement preventative measures. Diagnose and resolve complex network issues (load balancing, DNS, TCP/IP). Design and secure file shares and access permissions. Contribute to DevOps initiatives, including Git, CI/CD pipeline development, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC). Manage and maintain secure Connect:Direct (NDM) file transfer processes.

Requirements

  • Extensive (5+ years) Windows Server administration experience: Server Security, Group Policy, File Share Config, Log Analysis, Performance Tuning, PKI, IIS.
  • 5+ years of Strong understanding of database administration concepts: Security, Performance Tuning, Backup/Recovery, Architecture.
  • 5+ years of Expertise in PowerShell scripting: Automating complex administrative tasks.
  • In-depth networking knowledge: Load Balancing (e.g., F5), DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP.
  • 5+ years of Proven ServiceNow experience: Incident, Change, Problem, and Release Management.
  • 5+ years of experience in Solid CI/CD principles: Git/SCM, build, and deploy.
  • Experience with containers and OpenShift.
  • Experience with Connect:Direct (NDM) or similar secure file transfer solutions.
  • Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools (e.g., Ansible).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and diagnostic skills.
  • Superior communication, documentation, and collaboration skills.
