Infusion Registered Nurse, GI – Full-Time - Miami, Florida
About The Position
As a Full-Time Infusion RN with Gastro Health, you will play a vital role in the care of patients living with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD). Our Infusion Nurses interact with patients daily and provide compassionate, high-quality clinical care in a supportive outpatient setting. At the end of each day, our team goes home knowing they made a meaningful difference in patients’ lives. In this role, you will administer biologic infusion therapies while collaborating closely with physicians and the broader care team to ensure safe, effective, and patient-centered treatment. As an Infusion RN with Gastro Health, you will: Enjoy a predictable schedule - 7AM to 4PM - Mon-Thu Administer biologics, iron, injectables, and hydration medications to patients in an outpatient infusion setting Assess patients before, during, and after infusions Monitor for and respond to infusion reactions or adverse events Accurately document medical information and infusion records in eCW Coordinate care with physicians and clinical team members Provide education and reassurance to patients and families Deliver excellent customer service in a calm, professional environment
Requirements
- Current Florida RN license (required)
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience preferred
- High skill level IV insertion required; biologic infusion experience strongly preferred
- BLS required; ACLS preferred
- Excellent communication, organization, and patient-care skills
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) preferred
