Job Summary Schedule: Full-time 36 hours - Rotating shifts with an every other weekend rotation Why YOU should work on 2 South: The 2 South inpatient unit consists of 24 psychiatric beds. The inpatient unit provides general psychiatric care to adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients. It is a multidisciplinary, full service, therapeutic environment with an eclectic approach. It offers intensive individual, group, family, activity, occupational, and somatic therapies. Psychological testing and ECT is available when indicated. Requirements

Bachelor's in Nursing is required.
Massachusetts Registered Nurse Licensure required.
Certification in Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers required.
A minimum of one-year inpatient psychiatry required.
The RN candidate has demonstrated an ability to work compassionately with persons who experience behavioral health issues on a secure inpatient psychiatric unit.
Adheres to all I C.A.R.E. standards.
Must show evidence of the basic analytic thinking necessary to care for a group of patients.
Demonstrate observational skills and the ability to set priorities.
Ability to function under stress with good interpersonal and communication skills.
