About The Position

Work schedule: 90% FTE, 3 12's, 7a-7p. There will be a weekend call rotation. You will work at the UW Health Swedish American Hospital in Rockford, IL. Requirements

  • Graduate from an accredited school of nursing program.
  • Must provide copy of HS diploma or equivalent, or highest level of completed degree obtained.
  • 2 years of recent medical surgical or related nursing experience.
  • Current RN licensure to practice in the State of Illinois and required certification for respective nursing departments.
  • Bi-annual CPR and ACLS certification.
  • Successfully complete a PICC certification program.
