About The Position

Southern California Air Conditioning Supply Company Inc is looking for a sales representative to join our team in our office. This person will actively engage customers who enter our location to sell our products. The ideal candidate is experienced with the HVAC industry, able to problem solve, aid contractors with product acquisitions, results-driven, hungry for customer acquisition, and passionate about contributing to top-line revenue growth.

Requirements

• At least 4 years experience in HVAC or construction-related industries
• Excellent ability to manage and build customer and vendor relationships
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed acquisition goals
• Advanced skills in communicating and selling
• Unrelenting drive to understand and meet customer needs
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate, promote, and sell Southern California Air Conditioning Supply Company’s products
• Strategically present functionality and key value propositions to prospective customers.
• Develop and foster relationships
• Maintain close communications to close sales and promote customer retention.
• Meet and exceed targets
• Achieve monthly and quarterly individual and team goals for new customer acquisition.
• Research and understand target market
• Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and Southern California Air Conditioning Supply Company Inc.’s overall market opportunity.
