This inside sales position is a unique opportunity to engage with customers who have already had an initial interaction with us. Your goal is to add value by upselling multiple service lines through several strategic touchpoints.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of inside sales experience is required.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Exceptional people skills—you know how to keep things clear, positive, and persuasive.
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and CRM familiarity.
  • A proactive attitude and a desire to grow with a company that’s expanding fast.

Responsibilities

  • Connect with customers via phone, email, and SMS to upsell additional service lines to our existing base.
  • Break down and explain services clearly to help customers find the right fit for their homes.
  • Support both customers and field experts by managing inbound and outbound communications.
  • Keep things organized with accurate data entry in our CRM system (PestRoutes).
  • Look for opportunities to improve our customer journey and share your ideas with the leadership team.
