About The Position
YESCO Sign & Lighting is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative (Account Executive) to drive growth for our sign and lighting repair services. This role focuses on outbound sales, account management, and building long-term customer relationships.
Requirements
- Sales, business development, or account management experience
- Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills
- Self-motivated and results-driven
Nice To Haves
- Experience in sign, lighting, or facility services is a plus
Responsibilities
- Generate new business through proactive calls, emails, and follow-up
- Manage and grow existing accounts by identifying additional service needs
- Make 60+ customer contacts per day with a goal of 3 service jobs daily
- Track all activity in Servizio (CRM)
- Present solutions, negotiate services, and close jobs
