About The Position

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our customers. You will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound sales activities, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting the overall sales strategy of the company. This position requires a proactive and results-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of the manufacturing industry.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand technical products and provide solutions.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve sales targets.

Responsibilities

Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers through regular communication and follow-ups.
Sales Activities: Handle inbound sales inquiries, and conduct outbound sales calls to promote our products and services.
Product Knowledge: Gain a deep understanding of our linear motion parts and their applications to effectively address customer needs and provide technical assistance.
Order Processing: Manage the entire sales process from quotation to order fulfillment, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of products.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify new business opportunities.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, engineering, and production teams to ensure customer requirements are met and to support the development of new products.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status using CRM software.
