About The Position

MosquitoNix is a rapidly expanding mosquito control franchise with new locations opening across the country each month. Our Client Acquisition Center supports franchise owners nationwide by converting inbound leads into installations and recurring service programs. We are looking for driven sales professionals who enjoy talking with homeowners, solving problems, and closing deals. This is not a call center role — this is a consultative sales position where you help customers reclaim their outdoor spaces. If you are motivated by performance, earning potential, and growth , this role offers the opportunity to sell a premium service with strong demand and consistent lead flow.

Requirements

  • Have 1–5+ years of sales experience
  • Are comfortable selling over the phone and closing deals
  • Are motivated by earning potential and performance goals
  • Have strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Stay organized and follow up consistently
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in home services, pest control, or consultative sales is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Convert High-Quality Leads
  • Respond to inbound leads from homeowners interested in mosquito control solutions
  • Conduct phone consultations to understand customer needs and outdoor space challenges
  • Present MosquitoNix systems and service programs in a consultative manner
  • Guide customers through the decision process and close new installations
  • Build Relationships
  • Educate customers on mosquito control strategies and long-term solutions
  • Follow up with prospects to move opportunities forward
  • Deliver a professional and trusted customer experience
  • Manage Your Pipeline
  • Track all leads and activity in HubSpot CRM
  • Maintain strong follow-up to maximize conversion rates
  • Work closely with franchise territories to coordinate installations
  • Work With a Winning Team
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and franchise locations
  • Participate in call reviews, coaching, and sales development
  • Continuously improve your sales skills and performance
