About The Position

The position will be responsible for assisting in building the national distribution channel, assisting with inventory planning, coordinating trade show execution (including KBIS). This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building a business from the ground up, working across sales, supply chain, and strategy. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will: Assist in converting warm leads to loyal customers by identifying needs and delivering tailored solutions. Present confidently and clearly—whether on calls, emails, or video meetings. Maintain a clean, accurate CRM and document all client interactions thoroughly. Stay top-of-mind with prospects through consistent outreach and follow-through. Share insights, support teammates, and help improve our sales processes. Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and personal development sessions. Capture client feedback to help shape our products and enhance the customer experience. Be open to feedback and shadow sessions with leadership to sharpen your skills. Process Quotes and Sales Orders. Support sales workflows, documentation, and reporting. Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and urgency. Monitor open order reports, proactively updating teammates, leadership, and clients. Other various duties assigned by manager and/or leadership. We are looking for someone who is: Experience: At least 3 years of sales support experience.
