About The Position

The Inside Sales Coordinator reports to the Manager of Customer & Sales Support Located in Lenexa, Kansas Full-Time Hybrid The Inside Sales Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting the inside sales team by managing various sales-related tasks and activities. This position requires someone with experience in sales coordination or a related field, who possesses strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a customer-focused mindset. The Inside Sales Coordinator will collaborate closely with the sales team to streamline processes, enhance customer relationships, and drive sales growth.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred), or equivalent military or practical experience.
1 – 2 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or a related field.
Ability to successfully pass a background check post offer acceptance.

Responsibilities

Customer Engagement: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing product information, pricing, and assistance with order placement.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships by delivering exceptional service and addressing customer needs and concerns effectively.
Sales Support: Assist the sales team with order processing, including entering orders into the system, coordinating shipments, and managing delivery schedules.
Prepare sales quotes, proposals, and contracts, ensuring accuracy and completeness before submission to customers.
Lead Management: Manage inbound leads and inquiries, qualifying leads based on predefined criteria and distributing them to the appropriate sales representatives.
Follow up with leads to assess their level of interest, provide additional information, and schedule sales appointments or demonstrations as needed.
Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and order status in the CRM system.
Generate reports and analyze sales data to track performance metrics, identify trends, and evaluate sales effectiveness.
Collaboration and Communication: Communicate regularly with sales representatives to provide updates on customer inquiries, orders, and opportunities.
Problem-Solving and Resolution: Address customer issues and concerns promptly, collaborating with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
