We are a provider of hardwood logs, hardwood lumber and proprietary grade hardwood lumber products. Sales Coordinator Summary Our office in Hamburg, NY is hiring for a Sales Coordinator position. This is a full-time opportunity working for a world class hardwood lumber manufacturer.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED
Required experience using SAP
Computer skills in Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook
Organize multiple work assignments and establish priorities
Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines required
Strong written and oral communications skills
Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

Quote new and regular customers:
Provide timely, accurate quotes
Follow up on unconfirmed quotes
Track buying patterns to anticipate and initiate quotes proactively
Track sales goals and market share per region or customer segment
Facilitate and manage the order to cash process
Data entry of orders into sales matrix or SAP
Check orders for accuracy and complete details
Respond to inquiries and questions on existing orders
Communicate pricing and market trends clearly and consistently
Monitor orders to ensure on time delivery
Work with production facilities for ensure on time delivery and order status
Look up inventory and pricing in the matrix, SAP inventory tiles
Onboard new customers
Build and maintain positive and collaborative relationships with customers, suppliers and co-workers.
Effective and professional communication, both written and verbal
Comfortable interacting at all levels in the organization: managers, sales people, sales assistants and across departments
