The Inside Sales Representative will empower our customers by providing exceptional service, brand knowledge, and tailored solutions, driving mutual success and growth through proactive selling. This includes qualifying leads, managing assigned customer accounts within region and follow-up on new business opportunities through proactive prospecting to achieve revenue goals. The Inside Sales Representative will manage relationships with customers as a direct point of contact, build and execute sales campaigns, and will rely heavily on data integrity in Thorlabs CRM platform. Although the location of the position can be based out of Newton, NJ, from time to time it may be required to undertake duties at other Thorlabs locations.
