Junior Library Guild (JLG) provides expertly curated book collections to schools and public libraries across the country. Our subscription boxes deliver the best new books—handpicked by our renowned selection team—directly to librarians who rely on us to keep their shelves fresh, relevant, and filled with books kids truly want to read. We’ve officially opened our brand-new Inside Sales Center in Dublin, Ohio, and our team is off to an amazing start. Now, we’re looking to bring on a few more Inside Sales Representatives to round out this high-performing group. Requirements

  • 1+ years of outbound inside sales experience
  • Proven ability to manage both new business and renewals
  • Strong communication skills and quick rapport-building
  • Experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar CRMs
  • A goal‑oriented, disciplined, coachable approach

Responsibilities

  • Make 100+ daily touchpoints (outbound calls + emails) with librarians and decision-makers and hit targeted talk-time goals.
  • Build relationships while understanding each library’s collection needs.
  • Recommend subscription solutions that drive new business and renewals.
  • Achieve monthly KPIs across touchpoints, talk time, and sales metrics.
  • Use dashboards and scorecards to track performance and stay accountable.
  • Partner with teammates, share insights, and celebrate wins together.
