About The Position

Requirements

  • A proven ability to build rapport quickly and close deals over the phone.
  • Exceptional verbal communication and the ability to simplify complex solutions for prospects.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage a high volume of activity without losing quality.
  • A goal-driven attitude that views objections as opportunities rather than roadblocks.
  • Minimum of 2 years in inside sales or high-volume phone sales.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and digital communication tools.
  • A history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a professional environment.

Responsibilities

  • Contact and close pre-qualified inbound leads while maintaining a high conversion rate.
  • Conduct discovery calls to identify pain points and present our products as the ideal solution.
  • Confidently navigate pushback and negotiate terms to move deals across the finish line.
  • Meticulously track all leads and sales activities within our CRM to ensure no opportunity falls through the cracks.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales quotas to unlock performance-based incentives.
